Vicks / Amrutangan to apply inside, Hot inhalation (steam inhalation adding little menthol or vicks in hot water) and a mild daytime antihistamine for symptomatic relief. (Remember, treated cold will last 7 days, untreated 8 days. Only symptomatic relief you get; you will be able to sleep comfortably). Good luck.
