The breasts are the only organs that are situated out of the women's body frame and hence, they face lots of difficulties that come from the earth's gravitational force. This is the force that keeps pulling breasts down and after some time, they sag or droop. In order to learn how to firm up breasts.

Stand two-feet away from a wall. Now place your hands together and form a triangle by touching the thumbs and pointer fingers of your hands. Next lower your hands so that they are directly in front of your breasts.

Nothing will tighten them up as they are made of fat and not muscle..you have an underlying muscle that covers your chest wall, but the rest of the breast is composed of fat, and there is no way to tone it.

Raising of both hands while standing and bringing them down slowly. Repeat it many times. Thsi common exercise will help to strengthen the muscles below breasts which give support to them. Also wear a correct size bra always. Never do any physical work without wearing bra, unless the work is on bed.
