Eat right. Proper nutrition is key to healthy hair and preventing or reducing hair loss. Some critical vitamins and nutrients are vitamin A, B6, B12, C, copper, iron, omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, calcium, folic acid, and magnesium. Foods rich in these vitamins and nutrients include spinach and other dark leafy greens, salmon, chickpeas (garbanzo beans), orange juice, carrots, apples, berries, and yogurt.

Your hair could be falling for any number of reasons: 1) Dandruff, 2) Inadequate water, 3) Bad blood circulation, 4) Bad diet, 5) Wrong treatment for you particular hair type etc etc. You see where I'm going with this? Hair with split ends
Use any hydrating conditioner in the market after every wash. Rinse with plain water and apply leave-in conditioner always.

Dry hair
Take half a tablespoon of olive oil and mix with one egg. Add half table spoon each of glycerine and vinegar to form a paste. Apply, rinse and shampoo next day. ...more
