Hi! Do the following weight training exercises -
1- Overhead shoulder Press
2- Lateral Arm Raises
3- Bent Over Lateral Raises
4- Bicep Curls
5- Overhead Tricep extensions
6- Supinated bicep curls
7- Tricep Dips.
You can find a description of these on a fitness website.
Start with 2 sets of 12-16 repetitions. The amount of weight to lift will depend on your current strength, but you should be easily able to start with 3 kilo dumbbells & 5 kilo\'s for the bicep exercises.

Keep your muscles tightly flexed while doing the bicep curlings and tricep curlings.

You mean Biceps , through dumble and barbell you can develope your arms
