There are few trains from Virar , one at 7:30 in morning and one at 3:45 , besides you can go by Phirozpur Janta ,
you have to get down at Bhilad which comes after Umergaon ,

else you can come upto VAPI , there are many trains and from Vapi , you can come to silvassa it is 15 kilometers and share rikshaw charges are Rs.25/ bus Rs12/- full rikshaw 150/-

Get down at Vapi Rly. Station, by any train running from Mumbai(W.Rly.) to Valsad/Surat or Ahmedabad and from there u will get shared Rikshwa to reach Silvassa. It is very easy.
