If you mean the central bank of America, then it is FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM.

US doesn't have regulation over the financial sector. Even the treasury department is NOT...repeat NOT....a public sector entity. No such thing like PSUBs. The only closest semblance to financial regulation there, is the Treasury Department, which is run by a board. Who are...members of....the private financial institutions in the US.

I think you mean their version of Reserve Bank of India, it is Federal Bank (don't confuse with our bank of the same name).
