IF LAND FOR SEZ IS REALLY MEANT FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE LOCALITY, IT IS GOOD. BUT IT IS OBSERVED THAT WITH THE ACTIVE HELP OF BUREAUCRATS AND BUILDERS, POLICIANS ARE MAKING MONEY BY SELLING LAND TO THE BUILDERS LOBBY, AND THIS IS NO GOOD.
RECENTLY, PEOPLE IN GOA HAVE EXPOSED THE NEXUS BETWEEN THE BUREAUCRATS, BUILDERS AND POLITICANS AND GOVT. IS FORCED TO DENOTIFY THE SEZ PROPOSALS.
IN MUMBAI, THERE SEEMS TO NEXUS BETWEEN THE BUREAUCRATS, BUILDERS, MAFIA, POLITICIANS AND POLICE AND THIS IS HIGHLY DANGEROUS TREND.
