It deals with cheating, dishonesty inducing in delivering property, whoever cheats and thereby dishonestly induces the person deceaved any property to any person to make, to alter,or destroy the whole or any part of the valuable security or anything which is signed and/or sealedand which is capable of being converted into a valuable security shall be punished wth imprisonment of either description for a term whch may extend to 7 years and also shall be liable to payment of fine according to sec 420 of Indian Penal code
