Remember to drink a lot of water and fresh juices, eat fruits and vegetables and try and stay away from harsh sunlight during high-intensity hours. Apply sunscreen liberally 20 minutes before going outdoors and reapply every two hours. Avoid strong soaps. After washing or bathing, gently pat or blot your skin dry with a towel so that some moisture remains on the skin. Immediately moisturize your skin with an oil or cream. Moisturizers help maintain your skin's natural moisture levels. Buy a good moisturizer containing Aloe/Milk/Glycerin. Get regular exfoliation/facials/clean-ups done at a reputed parlour.

By ensuring that you use the right kind of cosmetic products. You should not use harsh soaps whose chemical reacts with your skin and makes it rough. Instead, use good quality cleansers and scrubs and get a good brand of moisturiser (oil-free and water-based if your skin is oily). Use a multani mitti mask for your face once a week and drink lots of water and eat healthy.

Have healthy balanced diet,drink lots of water,avoid oily,junky,spicy,oily food..do exercise n yoga n apply creams/products according to u'r age,skin type n complexion..use face masks,scrubs once or twice a week n go for bleaching,facials once a month.....avoid make-up mostly n the main thing love u'rself as u r...u will feel like most beautiful person in the world.....

Sleep tight, eat healthy, shed junk food , and include as many as green vegetables and salad in your diet and dont take tensions rest follow normal beauty tips which your beauticin says and that to normal. your skin vill start glowing vid in months. rest assured that there is no shortcuts to do that.

1 > Drink daily 1 ltr water early in before brushing the teeth. 2 > Do dirgha shwasan daily 45 mins with out fail in morning which will give a glossy skin . 3 > Have fruits in break fast with milk 4 > Daily before sleeping apply one almond paste on face . 5 > Keep one almond in a cup of water , keep as it till whole night and eat the almond in the morning , drink the cup of water and also one cup milk .regularly

Avoid using chemicals. Drink atleast 2 to 3 litres of water a day. if u want ur skin to be fair try applying a little lemon juice daily. it will lighten any dark marks. Keep ur skin clean. wash with mild soap or if oily skin with Basan

Keep your body well hydrated by taking water,fresh fruits juice vegis...before using any cosmetic check for its quality & ve patch test also if possible...Excercise regularly. Avoid stress by meditation & Yogasana or other excercises. Be haapy
