Abg 8-10 depending upon the floor n location but water problem is severe there

2 BHK Flats starts from 8500 for raw DDA flats specially in sectors like 17 A & E.
In general MIG flats comes for Rs 10000 with some decent wood work done. A very good quality DDA MIG flat at preferred locatiion should be available for 11000.
2BHK Society apartments normally starts from Rs 12000 but availablity is very limited. But good options are generally available for Rs 13000. Even 3BHK apartments also starts with Rs 13000. So person can make a decision based on requirement & choices available at that point of time.
