We indians are not good in exports.We lack strategy in marketing our products abroad,I worked under global key account managers, Being myself a EMEA Manager ,My key role is to develop distributors in EMEA region ,set a reasonable target, give gradings as per there performance in there respective regions,Visit monthly once to those countries and meet the distributors ,also help him cracking key accounts,his concentration in each and every vertical,sub verticals, and his forecast for the next month
Its easy if one person takes the whole responsibility and he is not given any other responsibilit
