Q.
Difference between Cairn and Aban Offshore. What my opinion is cairn is drilling in the land whereas aban offshore is drilling in the sea but only to find oil. then why aban offshore shares are flying in the jet I mean it rose from 232 levels to 1250 levels; before that upto 5400 levels, they why Cairn which is a MNC with no debt having 28000 crores networth is moving in a bullock card

The reason behind this is that Cairn has not started its activities in Rajasthan and tamilnadu in full swing, The positive part is that its major supplier is Mukesh Ambani owned Relinace industries. Whereas, the oil/gas are supplied thru road transport to reliance industries which are supposed to be transfer thru pipe line which is still under construction.... it will function in full swing in 10 - 12 months...

In share market, there are no whys and hows. Everything is managed by FIIs and small investors lose or gain depending on FIIs mood.
