Massive poplution is the biggest challenge for this idea of urs.this heculean task will not only incue lotsa expenditure but also time. countries like us and uk (im not sure abt uk) hv this system. anyways the id cards system spearheaded by mr.nilekani wud benefit the health care of citizens also i believe if it is integrated with the hospitals or sumthin like dat....

Simple, coz each citizen (aam admi) is not MP.. .. ... kisssa kursi ka hai AS g !!
