Theres no question of avoiding anger...u can either give vent to it...or just carry on procrastinating till anger eats up all sanity inside u. ppl who pent up their emotions positive or negative alwaz suffer from this procrastination...facing up with the problem causing the anger by giving vent to emotions...can help u avoid many misunderstandings and keeps the mind healthy.
