How easy is it for you to get your work done, pay bills, etc. for the basic public utility services (like electricity, gas, telephone, water supply, ration, etc.) without having to stand in long queues?

You can pay by online or else there is a separate centre for this who collects the bills and deposit the same in due time provided you have to deposit your bill and money 3-4 days in advance

Still a bachelor so not yet for ration and so. but nowa days you have online accounts and can pay bills through them. so not a big problem. be smart and you can get your work done, have seen many.
