A preamble is an introductory and expressionary statement in a document that explains the document's purpose and underlying philosophy. When applied to the opening paragraphs of a statute, it may recite historical facts pertinent to the subject of the statute. It is distinct from the long title or enacting formula of a law.
The preamble to the Constitution of India is a brief introductory statement that sets out the guiding purpose and principles of the document.

Yes, it is related to Indian constitution ....... Preamble is a noun....not necessarily only related to indian constiution....anything can have a preamble to it i.e. an introduction

The Preamble is the very basis of our constitution telling us that we are a republic giving ourselves all that has has been constituted under it.
