Generelly is it good way if a man and woman
make a close realtionship at theirs workplace?

Man and woman always should maintain a divine relationship among them - by divine relationship I mean a relationship whose foundation is mutual trust and respect to each other - finding always new new avenues of enjoyment - discovering the truth and positivity in all activities - maintaining an environment of love, dignity & care free from any short term expectation or any intention of malligning the prestige of anybody.

Erika wt kind of relation u want to ask.first remember it is workplace and according to our culture every relationship there must be a limitation u have to maintain at all.

Dear My view & observation lot of worl place incl. Govt, MNC, Private co., Nothing happen compare men, the women are very good work area & enviorment save the time, no leave, no late, etc., The relationship build if close both either boy/girl his/her mutual understanding marriage or close relation of his/her. Don't take misunderstandin view.

It happens, cant be avoided. But the consequences are bad.
-The career path get distubed.
-Tought to intervene in each other area of work
-Clashes expected in future

Depends on their compatability.... at time in work place ego clashes between 2 persons.... so relationship may undergo probs that time
