Yeah. That is quite natural since India has been more and more getting integrated into the world economy after its entry into WTO as well as its success as a dominant power in the IT sector. I attribute the growing success to the intense competition within India as well as between India and outside world. In order to compete, survive and succeed today, one has to adapt oneself to the changing dynamics of the competitive world and Indians and Indian economy both have managed considerably well especially during the time of economic recession. Indians also have the advantage of positive brand image of their peers like Indra Nooyi of Pepsico and Pandit of Citibank and innumerable Indians abroad succeeding in the global market. Indians have been building up formidable reputation in the field of science and technology, health care, management and finance, banking sector and of late in the political field in U.S.A. In India, we have got many diversified fields and qualified people based on the professional needs for that particular fields.More over our I.T and it's related jobs and it's specialists have increased drastically owing to the demand occured globally.
Since India got a good literacy rate, atleast in the urban population( slowly it is spreading towards rural too), people turn their field into a professional one. Our salary structure too more attractive when compared with western and American nation, it gives further scope for improvement.
