Market capitalization of many companies has come down about 1/4 of its peak value. Does it affect the company's performance?

MCap doesnot affect any company's performance, rather, it is a reflection of market and its perception of its notional value as on any point of time. There has been several instances of MCap lowing very low and then rising far above, after a few years, solely implying the fact that Mcap has relevance to the performance.
