If it is heart related take organic tinctures of hawthorne, cayenne and raw garlic at least three a day--not pills or caps',

if it is not heart related but muscular pain, use hot and cold showers explained here

and use a capsicum cream or tiger balm or a##kisser on it.

If not these see a doctor to find out what it is.

Most of the natural herbs for pain have been outlawed. For mild pain use willow bark
