1---Quran was revealed and memorised by many during life time of Prophet pbuh
2- Quran was also written on many materials in parts
3- Caliphs of Islam wnated the Quran to be sent to many different places
4-- hence need to write Quran in book form arised though it is in memory of many huffazs of that time

5-- It is secured from any corruption

Abu Bakr (Radhiallahu Anhu), Usman (Radhiallahu Anhu), Ali
(Radhiallahu Anhu), Zaid Bin Harith(Radhiallahu Anhu) And Abdullah
bin Masood(Radhiallahu Anhu)
