When you want to travel you have to plan. Similarily when your life starts you have to plan. You have to create your positions with regard to your qualifications and experience. You have to select a tool for that and this is career. Whenever you have to do any thing of yourself you need a guidance. It is applicable to this case also. This is career guidance.

'CAREER" in general terms refers to Future Life which consists with clear goals, paths of achievement, ways of realisation of ideas and the like.

One can lead a life even without a fixed goal. But that would be as good as leading a life like animals which don't have any clear goals regaring their life. As we are considered to be wiser than other creatures, leading a planned life or career stands totally different and meaningful also.

To have various ideas for the achievement of our goal we should keep sharing, observing, learning, practicing good things on a continuous basis. Thjis can not happen just by one's own efforts, so we have to have a purp[oseful guidance from others who are experts in their field of activity, experienced, elders, intelligents, innovators etc., so that we can can make oit our own things of our life, that is, CAREER GUIDANCE.
