Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam ( "vasudha", the earth; "iva" = is as a; and "kutumbakam", family;) is a Sanskrit phrase that means that the whole world is one single family.
The original verse is contained in the Maha Upanishad . Subsequent shlokas go on to say that those who have no attachments go on to find the Brahman (the one supreme, universal Spirit that is the origin and support of the phenomenal universe).
