Maturity is the rate at which a person can mature is directly proportional to the embarrassment he can tolerate and most importantly Maturity is knowing when to be immature :)))

We become half mature when we come out from dependence style to independent style . And then real maturity comes when we become interdependent. The mark of the immature man is that he wants to die nobly for a cause, while the mark of a mature man is that he wants to live humbly for one and most importantly , a mature man can laugh at himself and an immature man leave this job to others

The measure of one's ability to get away with things that are considered inappropriate, illegal, or distasteful by society's standards. As opposed to immaturity, which is the ability to get caught doing shady things.

Maturity is the ability to control anger and settle differences without violence or destruction. Maturity is patience. It is the willingness to pass up immediate pleasure in favor of the long-term gain. Maturity is perseverance, the ability to sweat out a project or a situation in spite of heavy opposition and discouraging set-backs. Maturity is the capacity to face unpleasantness and frustration, discomfort and defeat, without complaint or collapse. Maturity is humility. It is being big enough to say, "I was wrong." And, when right, the mature person need not experience the satisfaction of saying, "I told you so."

Maturity is the ability to make a decision and stand by it. The immature spend their lives exploring endless possibilities; then they do nothing.
