Marine Drive is a 3-kilometre-long boulevard in South Mumbai in the city of Mumbai. It is a 'C'-shaped six-lane concrete road along the coast, which is a natural bay. The road links Nariman Point to Babulnath and Malabar Hill. Marine Drive is situated over reclaimed land facing west-south-west. The bay is part of the Arabian SeaAnswered by Prince Deva, 19 May '12 11:55 pm

A road in mumbai near the sea, at night it looks like a diamond necklace if u watch it from a high riseAnswered by rajan, 20 May '12 06:58 am
The answer given by Prince Deva is right. You can sit on the culvert opposite Oberio Hotel and watch the sea waves crashing into the culvert walls. In between on this road is the Acquarium where you can see beautiful species of various fishes. Chowpatty beach is very crowded in the evening with people eating Bhelpuri. The road goes up to a hill called Malabar Hill where the Maharashtra CMs residence Varsha is located. On Malabar hill there are two parks Kamla Nehru Park and Hanging Gardens. At night the view from Malabar Hill will show you the entire C shoped road with buildings on one side and the Arabian sea on the other. Its an absolutely beautiful view which is famously known as the Queens NecklaceAnswered by Manoj Adwani, 20 May '12 12:08 am
