According to my analysis.. Corruption of the Officials, Politicians, Judges etc can be identified thru unproportionate wealth.. for that we hv Income Tax department.. which is separate from the Lokpal. How any Institution can identify Corruption?

Other day i saw local municipal corporator who owns a Hummer SUV Jeep ( imported obviously ) . Can local corporator earn that much to own a imported SUV Jeep ? Ya, obviously through corrupt means of livelihood. Hope jan lok pal implemented, but will it work effectively ? who knows !!
