All anti theses result in syntheses............all syntheses have scope for anti thesis again resulting in Synthesis. When an anti thesis does not become a synthesis or synthesis does not allow an anti thesis...it will fail. Thats what happened with communism.

Communism is against human nature. First of all Communism denies any kind of religion or religious beliefs. But human mind is so conditioned that it can not discard its belief in a creator or religion. Secondly communism tries to kill the competitive spirit among its citizens. Where as human are competitive by nature. Thirdly communism consolidates power with the party rather than the people. This consolidation of power leads to bureaucracy and corruption. Which in turns ruins the economy. Fourthly Dictator ship is the backbone for communism. Cuba had an able dictator like Castro. China's had Mao. After Mao's death, Communism in China could have come to an end, but the communist party in China realizing the possibility of what happened to communism started fine tuning their economy. They opened up their economy. Allowed industries to attract private capital, opened up their trade with other free trade countries. Because in Communist run societies, u have a fail safe mechanism....as when corruption gets unbearable to a point, it fails. In Communist societies, people are organized as a national proletarian mass. Dentists, lawyers, brick layers, janitors, scientists....from north to south, east to west are unionized.

So launching agitations as a population against the system becomes easy. In capitalist countries, when the system starts failing there is simply no fail safe mechanism in place. In Communist country's when the govt evicts an anti people law (laws which makes prices rise faster than wages), u hav everyone from dentist to bathroom cleaner raising a voice in unison. But in capitalist societies, u just have people who say "govt is like that....just adjaast and move along."

U REALLY think Capitalism has succeded any more than Communism man? There are hardly a handful of countries which have success stories, and that too for political reasoning. South Korea and Japan came up becaus ...more

Communism is a way or philosophy of life and when new in the hands of a few selfless people it became attractive to the common man especially the poor and labourers. Of late the advocates of Communism became worse than advocates of other systems including autocrats (what is happening in China) and lost the flavour. The dichotomy of the words and life style of many a communists made the sincere followers to desert it. I don't think Communism can ever revive. Even Chinese communists are craving for a change to live like free citizens of other democratic countries.
