Sir, the framers of the constitution have not also thought that the corruption will become so rampant and uncontrollable as is now.Anna Hazare is not asking for a parallel government but his only demand is to make Lokpal institution as most effective weapon against corruption. There must not be any loop-holes in/ under which the corrupt would escape thats all.

When there is abnormal situation created by the govt itself there must be some agency which should go to control it . Corruption fits an exceptional abnormality and hence no accountability may be accepted . Our framers of constitution never thought of corruption spread to such an extent that threatens the economy to doom and a large section of people suffer grievously .
