Being young is a time, what comes and pass. but immaturity could be with every part of knowledge. for each subject u are immature and while living/studing the subject u can get maturity.
gru shankaracharya was still immature till he doesnot experienced/study the kamasastra.

A mans quest for knowledge dies with him, so he is always a student. Knowledge is such a vast ocean that even a hundred lives may not be enough to grasp it all. If ignorance is termed as immature then sure we are always immature.

The wrong can be committed by innocent, ignorant, immature and deliberately by knowledgeables.So is true for repetitions.The immatures learn and get mature and reduce the chances of going wrong.
