Dear Mr. Banerjee,

kachi Ghani mustard oil means the process where the aim is to give the best of oil from Mustard. in this process all the goodness of mustard are retained to make it more useful for human body. Its nutritional value is high, but now a day all companies are using this word creating confusion in the mind of consumer, But yet we have one more method to opt good Oils in market that is AGMARK grade-1 oil. Generally you will find in market mustard oil can have two type of pricing one which is higher than other brands, and they always keep so, with all necessary above qualities. Their are very companies who are still maintaining the standards and to name few we have brands Like P Mark, Engine, Hathi etc....so whichever is avaible in your market go for it.
