My question is addressed to those who have a knowledge of history.
How far into modern India did the great Greek/Macedonian general, Alexander the Great, penetrate in the 3rd century BC?

Alexander penetrated up to the Punjab in NW India and defeated where he defeated Porus. His army mutinied near the banks of the Beas river and did not take on the Maghda army.
