ISO international standard organisation
ISI industrial standard institute all production and industries should have an isi mark on their product

ISO Certification :
The International Organization for Standardization (Organisation internationale de normalisation), widely known as ISO , is an international-standard-setting body composed of representatives from various national standards organizations. Products etc. certified by them on the basis of quality are marked with marking ISO.
This organisation has made listing of items under various number heads e.g. ISO 9000, ISO 9001 etc.

ISI Mark :
This is Indian Standard Institute (ISI) Mark Now known as BIS Mark i.e Beaurea of Indian Standard Mark

ISO is systems certification. (Not necessarily for products, but for processes)
ISI is a quality mark given by the Bureau of Indian Standards for Products.
