Q.

Believe it or not, but India has been ranked as one of the most hardworking nations in the world in a survey conducted by Ipsos Global. The survey, in some select nations, used a simple technique to arrive at the result it sought. The survey says that full-time workers in most countries get paid holidays, apart from Sundays & in some cases Saturdays too. In the US where now I am as many as 57% of those surveyed said they would use all their vacation days, whereas in China almost 65% said they would use all their paid holidays. Ur views???

Indians are long working but not hardworking. Most of the people waste their time during official hours and slog late hours. We also do not think in a structured way, because of which, meeting go on for too long a time. We also do not respect others time and attend meetings when we can - we end up waiting always for the missing important member.
When a meeting is called, we do not go there prepared - we go with empty hand and empty mind, hoping that some one else will answer for us !

What a culture (?) of working we have !
