You said exam system is wrong because just memorizing is waste. Yet infosys always ask for 60 % when it comes to recruiting. They test candidate solely on the basis of merit and not on talent, passion of learning/growing.

Truly said dear...its sad to no dis fact...nd also unfair...same d case wid tisco...bt many best IT companies such as wipro,accenture,thomson reuters etc have no such cndition...chance sud b given to al according to knwledge and nt degree...

A majority of TOP COMPANIES IN INDIA INCLUDING SURPRIZINGLY EVEN WIPRO - is all HUMBUG - so much for Aziz Premji Who's supposed to be a fair Recruiter - THEY OFFER PEANUT'S TO STARTER'S here in mumbai BPO' just under the brand name WIPRO - quality of service's offered presumably is 3RD CLASS TOO
