Hello.. I have purchased 10 shares of Zandu Pharmaceutical Works Ltd for 1,64,400 rupees. at that time price was 16,440 rupees. Now its 15,900 rupees..
So shall i sale this share or shall i keep it for long time? what is the futute of this share? Please advice foe me..

Sorry friend, the fact is that you will lose huge because zandu settled their problem with emami. emami will buy the shares from zandu's family. see the analyst comment 10 days back.. Settlement seems to be the ultimate solution for every dispute. Mumbai High Court has been trying to persuade Ambani Brothers to settle RIL RNRL Gas dispute. However, dispute between Parikhs, co-promoters of Zandu and Emami also seems to be coming to an end. Emami have already exceeded its holding in Zandu to about 27.50% stake against 20.19% held by the controlling promoters Parikhs. Despite this, Emami have upped its open offer price for shares of Zandu, which was earlier at Rs.7,315 per share, later revised to Rs.15,000 and now to Rs.16,500 per share. With such a handsome price on table, even some of the 84 shareholders of Parikh family, representing controlling promoters, are finding it attractive to exit from the stock. You should keep for long time because this is the lowest of sensex and the lowest of Zandu pharma is 4554 and this stock is currrently trading at 13669-14000. So as per the current stastics you should hold this stock for atleast a month.

Pls ,hold it for 1 month...i can guarntee you that it will give you per share 2000 / -...i had 5 @ 15700,sold it at 19900.......PLS BE PATIENT...it may touch 14,000 but will surely bounce back...do not panic....

Well sell it and diversify it in good stocks at good rates have j p ass, r com, r capital, ril, kotak bank, sbi, axis bank , sesa goa. , l&T ,U HAVE AS MUCH AS GOOD STOCKS TO DIVERSIFY
