As there are physical exercises for various parts of body, there are certain exercises meant for better care of the eyes. Of course, when you do physical exercise, to some extent, even without doing exclusive eye exercise even, you will get some benefit to eyes. But to get full benefit to eyes, exclusive exercise meant for eyes, is recommended. These exercises, not only take care of eyes but also prevents aging sight deterioration.
