QUINOA is a new world (South American) grain and although it may be available in India there is no Hindi word for it (yet).
You may be able to find it in the larger cities but it is not widely available. There are so many other varieties of grains in India.
It is probably also known in India as Quinoa (pronounced keen-wa).
