Less than 40% after 5years of service,
Less than 20% after 10 years of service,
less than 10% after more than 10 years of service..
only 50% are fit who had worked for less than 5 years.

This is my assumption only.

Answer is zero km run 100%
If you remeber in school you might have learned mathamatics - one man dig well in 5 days, 5 men in how many days.expected answer is one day. but it will not happen like that, all the five will chit chat and they will not dig in even 5days.
Your question and my answer is some thing similer to that.
It is not the fault of the police.
It is we have to be blamed for that. We never gave them the run for their money.
It is we go and give them the money not to run after us. (rishwat).
Once up on a time a great leader called Mr.N.T.RAMA RAO, in Andhra Pradesh, gave them the run for their money. He gave them 4lts paint asked them to put lines on the road at signals, collect your salary from the public who voilate lane discipline, i do not have money in govt to pay your salaries.
Believe me, the government problem solved, police worked well, salaries and even bonus they received, no accidents, traffic is smooth.
now my suggesstion to you all, elect correct can ...more
