Husband or not. it is possible men get satisfied faster and not care for women.
A different man even if have similar physical performance can give more pleasure because thrill in doing something forbidden.
Unless one is physically weak. Even the physical satisfaction is 99% controlled by mental imagination. Your mental imagination may change and depend on your atitude, knowledge, culture etc..
Sex can only be the second best reason for a healty relationship.
I am not sure by satisfaction you mean able to have orgasm? Considering all above it is possible 50yrs back 1% indian women had orgasm and now it can be >30%. A village girl may have better experience in fields or seeing animals.
