Q.
What use is mcoca which was applied agst criminals arrested a few yrs ago, cases still pending, courtsey legal advisors, weak prosecution, roaming free, again arrested under same mcoca this time.
it seems all our police force is being wasted in repeated acts of this type.
why have such laws when u cannot enforce them strictly?
