Sir, I receive mail from NSDL with two pdf file one with form 26AS and one with my TDS deduct on my commision of year 2008,
Sir, I want to know how I get my TDS back or how I file it .

Download the file, take a print our and there you will find details of tax deducted. mention the same in yout ITR. if refund is allowed you will get it
