Mr. Dhawan co-founded ChrysCapital Investment Advisors in April 1999 and previously invested proprietary capital in the Risk Arbitrage Group at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Dhawan was formerly at GP Investments, a $1 billion private equity fund in Brazil. Prior to that, he worked at McCown De Leeuw & Co., a $1.2 billion private equity firm focused on middle-market buyouts. Prior to that, he was in the Mergers Group at Wasserstein Perella. Mr. Dhawan received an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School and a BS in applied mathematics and economics with magna cum laude honors from Yale University.
