YOU. Once Mohammed Nabi was asked the same question by Ali the warrior. Nabi said that it is you the visible God in the earth. Only you are sure that you can have the qualities of being God. GOD is never visible, if Visible or having physical shape then he is not GOD. GOD is only a power.
