You will find this on a bottle of very good Brandy/Cognac. Brandy/Cognac is distilled from white wine and allowed to age in oak barrels for at least two years. VSOP is a cognac designation which means "Very Superior Old Pale" this certifies that the cognac has aged for at least four years which is better than the normal.

Mr. Oberoi is right. But VSOp can also mean Very Small Outline Package, a type of surface-mount integrated circuit package or Variations sculaires des orbites plantaires, mathematical theories for the calculation of the orbits and the positions of the planets
