Miscreants are not fulls. They know where they can have business. A capital city is always hub of activity. How can the miscreants remain inactive in such a working atmosphere? But not only New Delhi, any Metropolis or other big cities are their haven. But as Capital City, Delhi offers better business for them.

Why blame small crtiminals who are just chain snatchers or robbing people of cash & valueables at knifepoint? We should have a broader outlook.Just have a look that two newly stadiums built for Common Wealth Games collapsed two days due to small rains. So many fly overs have collapsed.Metro pillars have cracked. The Delhi govt. is sparing no effort to increase prices of all essentials every day.I think these are much bigger crimes!
