Status is a person's position or rank in relation to others or sometimes it can be referred to a health status of a medical patient....
Condition is a state or quality of a person or thing....
A situation is a particular condition or set of circumstances, it may be the way in which something is positioned according to its surroundings or a position or status with regard to conditions and circumstances

CONDITION: a state of being or mode , state with regard to external circumstances , mental , physical integrity, integrity and estate and so on. SITUATION: state of affairs; combination of circumstances.. general state of things, physical placement, especially with regard to the surroundings,The place in which something is situated; a location.

Condition: thing that must exist if something else is to exist or occur; state of being; in plural (conditions): circumstances
- situation: place (with its surroundings) occupied by something; set or circumstances
- occasion: time at which a particular event takes place; special event; opportunity; need or cause
- position: place occupied by or intended for a person or thing; posture; situation; status
- circumstance: occurrence or fact

Which one you can use depends on the context, so you should find out which would suit best.
