1. ISRAEL- who else can get guarantee from US over UN non intervention over Gaza but yet sell classified US tech to China at the same time and kill UN diplomats?
2. USA and PRC
3. Russia
4. Korea DPR (25 percent of their pop- or 1 child out of a family of 4- are soldiers so they have a LOT of guys fighting and this is precisely the reason nobody invaded them yet b4 they got nukes)
5. Brazil- has a large standing Army and its own indegenous industry and is powerful enough to enforce regional policy at least in Latin America.
