I strongly agree to disagree. It is not the question of money. Incidents like this are happening every where and for all citizens. Australia is a wonderful country and has offered a variety of educational courses which has benefitted a lot of people. For example.,Dr.Kamala Selvaraj, the noted test tube baby expert had mastered the subject at Australia
