The advent of Ramazan depends on the sighting of the moon. As of now, Ramazan is expected to start either Monday or Tuesday. If the moon is sighted Sunday evening, the first roza will start from Monday or so on. For the Dawoodi Bohra Muslims, who depend on the calendar and not the moon for this, Ramzan starts from Sunday, that is Aug 31.
