Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and then finance minister P Chidambaram were fully in the loop on the 2G spectrum licence allocation and had decided along with then telecom minister A Raja not to auction them, jailed DMK MP Kanimozhi told a Delhi court on Tuesday. - Will the Supreme court ask CBI to investigate them ?

Even if the Supreme court asks, the structure and supervision of the non -autonomous CBI would have produced a report in favour ot the culprits. Remember, it's the CBI which requested to close the case against Quatarochi of the Bofors scandal.

Acused may include PM or some ministers and plan to prolong the legal fight
Even Kanimozhi's lawyer told, PM has to come for witness.
